There are many diverse, conflicting beliefs among the different races, cultures and religions, but one thing they all have in common is a belief in Angels, no matter what they call them. All three major religions of the Western world, Christianity, Judaism, and Islam, as well as virtually all of the world's other systems of religious belief, include celestials in their cosmologies. Their scriptures all contain references to angelic interventions.
The word 'Angel' itself is used both as a generic term to refer to all heavenly beings, and as a specific term to refer to the members of the third sphere, those closest to the physical. So, too, the word 'Archangel' is often used as a generic term to refer to all the high orders of heavenly beings, although they are in fact but one of the higher orders. Archangel Michael is probably one of the archangels best known to us.
Angels, like people, belong to families or clans. Many names have been given to them, but in the opinion of a number of angel historians, the most familiar can be arranged in three categories, or spheres, starting at the top with those closest to God, and moving down to those who are connected to the physical world. Angelic Beings act as a transition team during times of great change, such as we are presently experiencing. We are expanding our consciousness beyond our own little environment as we begin to explore our solar system and beyond.
If we will just open our minds and hearts to the possibility that angels exist and ask for their assistance, they will inspire us, help us create health and abundance, and live in peace and joy. They radiate unconditional love and will help us do the same. However, we must ask angels for their assistance as we have free will and they will not infringe. To talk with your Angels you need to be 'clear'. By clear I mean you need to be free of emotions and thoughts that block communication. Everyone has the ability to communicate with their Angels, however not everyone is willing to clear a path.
Connecting with Angels allows us to connect more deeply with our own soul selves. Angels help us to clarify, to purify, to connect ever more deeply with the true and highest expressions of our gifts and of our soul. Angels through their loving, kind and devoted care for us, help us to remember the deepest places of love that nourish us, encourage us, inspire us.
The friendship of Angels provides unconditional love, unconditional acceptance and a relationship based upon omniscience and omnipresence. This means Angels know us completely and are always with us. They are true companions for us on our journey; unswerving, unerring, steady and constant. The relationship with Angels will deepen as you invest yourself in it. Creating friendship with Angels begins with a simple intention to do so - with your own willingness to enter into receptivity. Your own willingness to shift your perceptions step by step - shift your perceptions ever more into perceiving heaven.
Open up to the guidance of the angels. They will lead you to whatever you need in life. Your earthly needs will be met, and you will receive so much more besides, as you allow divine grace to flow through you. This is an opportunity as never before to ascend into the light. Allowing yourself to become friends with Angels allows you to see from a deeper perspective. They allow you to see from both a higher plane and a very loving, very grounded, very sacred earthly plane. It helps you to merge heaven and earth in your own perceptions.
